However, severe weather, municipal plow activity, road inaccessibility, or other uncontrollable conditions may cause unavoidable delays. Such circumstances are not grounds for refunds, discounts, or service credits. We will resume service as soon as conditions safely allow and communicate updates whenever possible.

No. We do not apply salt or ice melt to walkways as part of the shoveling package. Our salt service applies only to driveways to ensure timely service for all members.
